🍽️ Gourmet Meal Plan (Full Day)

• Veg Plan: ₹900 per person, per day.
• Non-Veg Plan: ₹1,200 per person, per day.
• Meals plans are mandatory for Friday, Saturday and Sunday bookings to ensure a seamless experience.
• Child Policy: Meal charges apply for children 5 years of age and above (at the same adult rate). A simple age proof is requested for children to ensure fair billing.

🔑 Check-in/Check-out & Timings

• Check-in: ⏰ 1:00 PM
• Check-out: ⏰ 11:00 AM (late check out may be charged little extra with management approval)
• Swimming Pool Access: Available until 9:00 PM (Evening).
• Note: Pool depth is 4 ft 6 inch. For safety, children must be accompanied by an adult who can swim.

✅ Simple Stay Guidelines & Policies:

• Security Deposit: A refundable ₹5,000 Security Deposit is collected at check-in. This is fully returned at check-out, pending inspection for any accidental damage.
• Music Policy: Enjoy your favorite tunes ! We kindly request the volume be lowered after 10:30 PM to respect neighbors. Inside the villa, you can enjoy music at a low volume after this time.
• Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in the designated outside lobby areas. We request strictly NO smoking/hookah inside the villa rooms or common areas.
• Guests: Only booked guests (family/friends) are allowed on the property. No new visitors may enter the premises between 11:30 PM and 7:00 AM.

Cancellation Policy:

• Any time after booking: 25% charge.
• 30 to 16 days before arrival: 35% charge.
• Within 15 days of arrival: 100% charge.
• Date changes are treated as a cancellation, and standard cancellation charges apply.

🎱 Swades Villa Pool Table Guidelines / Rules

We’re delighted to offer extra amenities like Pool Table. Please review these simple rules to ensure everyone has a great time and the table stays in excellent condition.

⏰ Usage & Enjoyment

• Hours: Please limit play to 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM only.
• Ages: Minimum age to play is 14 years old.
• Supervision: Guests under 18 must be actively supervised by an adult at all times.

🚫 Safety & Care (Strictly Prohibited)

• NO food, drinks, spills, smoking, or hookah near the table. Spills cause permanent damage.
• DO NOT sit, stand, or lean heavily on the table.
• ONLY use the provided cues, balls, and chalk.
• Drunken person shall prohibit himself/herself from playing pool table to avoid damages to pool and accessories. It is the responsibility of all the people in the family / group to take care of pool and the accessories.

💸 Damage & Reimbursement
Guests are financially responsible for damage caused by misuse. The cost will be deducted from the security deposit:

• Minor Damage (e.g., damaged cue, lost chalk, ball, minor scuff on wall from cue) | A fixed charge of ₹2500/- per damaged item will apply
• Broken Cue Stick: Full replacement cost- ₹3,000 for each stick).
• Felt/Cloth Damage: Full replacement cost – ₹15,000/-
• Structural Damage to Table/Rails | Actual cost of repair by a professional billiard technician. This can be significant.
